My Story
I was born and raised right here in Texas, where hard work, personal responsibility, faith, and taking care of your neighbors aren’t talking points — they’re a way of life. Those values were shaped early by my family and strengthened through a lifetime of service to this community and this country.
I was raised in a household built on service. My father served as a police chief and a preacher, dedicating his life to both protecting his community and guiding it with moral leadership. My mother served as our church secretary, quietly keeping things running behind the scenes and showing me that service doesn’t always come with recognition — but it always matters. From them, I learned integrity, discipline, humility, and the importance of standing for what’s right.
I’m a 20-year firefighter with the City of Houston, currently serving as an Engineer Operator in west Houston. When the alarm goes off, politics don’t matter. What matters is discipline, teamwork, and showing up prepared to protect lives on someone’s worst day. That experience teaches accountability, calm decision-making under pressure, and respect for every person you serve — lessons that directly apply to leadership in state government.
Before becoming a firefighter, I served in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Military service taught me duty, sacrifice, and the importance of putting the mission and the people beside you above yourself. Those values never leave you, and they guide how I approach every responsibility I take on.
Outside of public service, I’m also a small-business owner and entrepreneur. I’ve balanced budgets, signed paychecks, dealt with regulations, and experienced firsthand how government decisions affect working families and job creators. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up — because I’ve done it.
Like many Texans, I’ve grown frustrated watching career politicians lose touch with everyday reality. Too often, common sense is replaced with political theater while public safety, affordability, and opportunity take a back seat. I believe state government should focus on protecting communities, strengthening the economy, maintaining infrastructure, and defending individual freedoms — not chasing headlines.
I’m running for State Representative because Texas deserves leaders who understand real life, not just life inside the Capitol. Leaders who listen first, lead with integrity, and never forget who they work for.
This campaign isn’t about climbing a political ladder — it’s about standing up for our district, honoring Texas values, and bringing steady, practical leadership back to Austin.

Great schools start with families. I support transparency, local decision-making, and high academic standards. Parents and educators should work together to prepare students for success in college, careers, and life.

Families and small businesses deserve relief. I will advocate for property tax reduction, oppose unnecessary tax increases, and support responsible budgeting that protects essential services and respects taxpayers.
